Stella is a self taught seamstress and textile artist, owner and operator of Astaral; she has designed and produced costumes for over 20 shows as well as having designed and made over 100 wedding dresses. Stella has recently returned to The Court Theatre from Canada.

Her previous credits include Rumpelstiltskin; Aladdin meets Cinderella; Goldilocks and the Three Bears; Tomtom’s Musical Adventure; Alice in Wonderland - In the Attic and The Princess and the Frog (and the Robber!) and The Pink Hammer all with the Court Theatre. Her other theatre credits include The Hare and Tortoise (New Zealand Playhouse); Arsenic and Old Lace (The Royal Canadian Theatre Company); The Hound of the Baskervilles (The Royal Canadian Theatre Company); Opening Night (The Royal Canadian Theatre Company) and Boeing Boeing (White Rock Players’ Club).

Stella’s television credits include Xena: Warrior Princess and Spartacus. Her film credits include Lord of the Rings and The Narnia Chronicles.
